Early Access Privacy Policy

Propraat intends to collect only the adult information needed to manage Early Access interest, pilot updates and launch communication.

Information we plan to collect

Full name, email address, audience type, province, optional school name, grades of interest, preferred language programme, an optional message, and the consent record associated with the submission. We do not request child names, dates of birth, student numbers, medical information or payment details.

Why we use it

To respond to Early Access interest, share relevant pilot and launch updates, manage duplicate registrations, and maintain an auditable consent record. We will not use the information for unrelated marketing without additional consent.

Consent and withdrawal

Consent is optional until a person chooses to submit the Early Access form, and it is never preselected. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting privacy@propraat.com.

Retention

Proposed rule: retain Early Access information until 12 months after the public launch, unless the person withdraws consent earlier or a longer retention period is lawfully required. This rule remains subject to legal review.

Security and access

The production service is intended to use encrypted transport, secure managed storage, restricted administrator access, email deduplication, protected exports and logged consent details. The current Founder preview stores and sends no registrations.

Your choices

People may request access to, correction of or deletion of their Early Access information by emailing privacy@propraat.com. Identity may need to be reasonably verified before a request is completed.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, database and transactional-email providers have not yet been selected. This policy will be updated after provider, location and processing terms are reviewed.
