Terms of Use

Propraat is owned and operated by Jirah Designs (Pty) Ltd. These Terms apply to use of the Propraat service and the current isiZulu learning offering.

Educational support

Propraat provides supplementary isiZulu learning support. It is not a replacement for classroom teaching, parental or guardian supervision, or professional educational judgement.

Accounts and household learners

A parent or guardian is responsible for the information supplied for their account, keeping account access secure and supervising household learners. A parent or guardian must be authorised to add a learner to their household.

Family access

The current Family offering is annual isiZulu access for up to two household learners. The purchase page states the current access period and price before a purchaser proceeds to checkout. Access is connected to a confirmed purchase and the account setup journey.

Payments and schools

Family payments are processed through Yoco. School access is not purchased through the Family checkout; schools may send an enquiry so that arrangements can be discussed separately.

Refunds and cancellations

Propraat provides 12 months of digital learning access.

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation. Where access has commenced with your consent, the statutory seven-day cooling-off right may not apply.

If you experience a technical problem or believe the service has not been provided as described, please contact info@propraat.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

Responsible use

Propraat is for personal household learning use unless a separate school arrangement applies. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account, or copy, share, sell or redistribute Propraat content except where permission has been given.

Content and availability

The Propraat name, branding, learning content, images, video, audio and software are owned by or used with permission by Propraat and may not be reproduced or used outside the service without permission. Availability may depend on internet access and the operation of the service and its providers.
